Privacy Overview

Qont maintains a private and independent position as a group. Privacy is built into how we operate, how we design our systems and how we handle every point of engagement with our users. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not participate in data-driven profiling. The information we hold is limited to what is required for account support, service operation and lawful compliance. It is kept for clear and defined purposes.

We design our cloud systems so that we do not intrude on user activity. Our role is to provide risk intelligence technologies and supporting services, not to observe or analyse personal behaviour. We focus on stability, correctness and discretion, and we reduce the amount of information we handle wherever possible.

We apply internal privacy standards that guide engineering, operational decision-making and service design. These standards include strict separation of account records from operational systems, limited data retention and structured access control for staff. Qont also reviews how processes are run to ensure that user information is handled in line with our principles. We try to comply with jurisdictional requirements to the best of our knowledge.

Qont remains accountable for the information it holds. Users can contact our support team regarding privacy questions, request clarifications or seek assistance with their account information. Our objective is to maintain a service environment where privacy is predictable, respected and stable.

Practical value across the supply chain

Agriculture requires stronger responsiveness as global markets, logistics and weather patterns shift. PRI supports this requirement with a dependable logic system that evaluates real time inputs without collecting or selling user data. The platform supports resilience across the supply chain by helping organisations understand where risks arise and how they affect production and movement. These evaluations support safer operations, cleaner reporting and clearer communication between partners, contractors and regulatory bodies.
